1. Service Description

1nvoic3 is a free online invoice and quote generator. You can create, customise, and download professional PDF invoices and quotes without creating an account.

2. Free and Pro Tiers

Free tier — create unlimited invoices and quotes using our Modern template. Free invoices include a small 1nvoic3 watermark.
Pro tier — paid subscription that unlocks additional templates, logo upload, watermark removal, and invoice history. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

3. Payments and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from within the app. After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Your Data

Invoice data is created and stored in your browser. We do not have access to your invoice content. You are responsible for keeping your own records and backups.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use 1nvoic3 for fraudulent invoicing, illegal activities, or to generate misleading financial documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

1nvoic3 is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any errors in generated invoices or quotes. You are responsible for verifying all amounts, tax calculations, and business information before sending invoices to clients.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
